To reserve a photo tour, reach out by email, WhatsApp, or a phone call — or download the Tour Reservation Form (PDF link) – or at the bottom of this page and send it back.

Here’s how it works, from first hello to first frame:

1. You reach out — the form below, email, WhatsApp, or a call. Tell us the tour you want, or the trip you’re dreaming up.
2. We reply — with answers, availability, and a quote. (Custom quotes hold for 90 days.)
3. You reserve your spot — with a 30% deposit (minimum $1,000 per person) and your Trip Application Form. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit clears. Of that deposit, $1,000 per person is a non-refundable administrative fee — but it’s never lost; it’s always credited toward your trip.
4. We confirm and send your packet — a receipt/invoice for the balance, plus your Pre-Departure information (gear, visas, clothing, vaccinations, insurance requirements) so you can start preparing.
5. You pay the balance — in full 90 days before departure, along with your remaining paperwork: Medical Form, Liability Release, a copy of your passport, and the Travel Arrangement Form.
6. You send proof of insurance — travel insurance is required (medical + emergency evacuation); proof is due no later than 60 days before departure. We recommend a ‘cancel for any reason’ rider.
7. We send your final paperwork — the receipt for all payments and your final itinerary.
8. We stay in touch — for any last-minute questions, then meet you at the starting point — and have a great tour, with images to cherish for good
